Merritt Losert
I am a physicist studying automation and applied ML for semiconductor spin qubits. I am currently an NRC postdoc at NIST and UMD, advised by Justyna Zwolak. I got my PhD in 2024 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, advised by Mark Friesen and Susan Coppersmith, where I worked on theories of alloy disorder, valley splitting, and spin shuttling in silicon spin qubits.
